Truth Christine Kloser: "Trash or Truth" program

Would you ever stand back & let somebody “talk trash” to you? Absolutely not. If you heard someone trashing you, you’d step up & say something! But, what about the “self-sabotaging” trash you tell yourself? You know, the subtle (& not so subtle) ways you listen to the voices of doubt, fear, or lack rather than the voices of faith, courage, compassion & love.

Voices shape everything
The voices that run the tape recorder in your mind are the most consistent & powerful voices you hear… far beyond anything you hear from anybody else. They shape everything about who you are, how you show up, your level of success, & how much JOY, FULFILLMENT & FREEDOM you experience in your life… or not.

Wake-up your truth
Distinguishing between “trash” & “truth” in your internal conversation is the most critical factor driving your success as a transformational entrepreneur. It’s in CONSCIOIUSLY choosing to listen to the voice of TRUTH where you’ll wake up the true you & experience the freedom you want & deserve!

So, here’s a taste of the technique I developed in my new Trash or Truth program (see special discount coupon at bottom).

Step 1: Dump the “Trash”
Whenever you begin to feel doubt, fear, anxiety, comparison, judgment, scarcity or any other emotions that pull your energy down… get them out! The way I recommend doing this is writing down all of the “trash” you’re telling yourself. But, this is VERY important… when you write it down, remember you are writing it for the purpose of releasing it, not affirming it. Label what you write as “trash” because that’s what it is. It’s not true.

Step 2: Breathe & Have Compassion
After dumping the “trash” voice & getting it out of your body… Breathe! Just give yourself some space to be gentle with yourself & have compassion for the voices inside of you that haven’t been the most supportive of who you truly are. Let go of judgement, know that you’re perfect & all is in Divine right order.

Step 3: Affirm the Voice of “Truth”
Next, take out a fresh piece of paper or journal (or use the Truth journal in my Trash or Truth programsee special discount coupon at bottom) & write down what is really true about you. Settle into your heart, connect with your soul, & write down all that is true about you at a core level… at the level of your essence. To help you get started, remember that you are love & light, & your presence makes a difference in the world.

Practice living your “Truth”
Do your best to filter your experiences through the “Trash or Truth” perspective. The more you practice discerning between these voices, the more you’ll be able to quickly shift from talking “trash” to yourself to remember & living in the TRUTH of who you are.

What “trash” voice(s) do you want to release? And, what “voices of truth” do you want to turn up the volume on?
