Sadly, we seem to still have this backwards, and continue to believe vainly that some next fabulous invention or new system concept will save the day, providing fundamental change

Nothing can or should replace the awesome power of human interaction, with empathy, humility and gladness of actually helping another person - which in turn, empowers each of us</description>
